Is it worth taking a vacation to Orlando without going to Disney World?
We do have 3 small children that would like to go, but we were thinking about buying the 2-year passes to the Busch Gardens parks…Sea World, adventure island, buch gardens….and another one I can't remember. And then going twice a year would make it a pretty cheap vacation. But then I was thinking are going to Busch Gardens, Sea World, and Adventure Island (water park) enough to fill up a 7-day vacation? Will we regret not going to Disney? TIA

Lots of people I know go to Florida for a week and skip Disney. There is plenty to do without going, but Disney, in my opinion has more stuff for little kids.

No not at all. I think you have a great plan and at night if you have someone to watch the kids mom & dad can head out to city walk. You pay one price and get into several different clubs and all of the clubs have different themes. Plus everytime i've been to Disney World it always rains and you have to purchase those $5 mickey mouse ponchoes because of course they have to make a buck even off the weather.

I've been to Orlando about 6 times in the last 10 years and I've never gone anywhere BUT Walt Disney World. I love that place. It's got everything those other places have and it's so much better.

I have had friends stay at the Nick Hotel and they never went to Disney. The kids were having way too much fun at the hotel to even bother. There is a lot to do in Orlando besides Disney World.
