where's a good place to go camping for the 4th of July on the beach if i live in Portland?

I live in downtown Portland and was wondering where a good place on the beach is to go camping for the 4th of july?
Seasie and Ocean Shores are both great but I'm not sure about camping ON the beach.

anywhere! are u going to the cost? last year i was closer to the rocks which is beautiful at sunset.
