Business Start-Up: The Two Most Important Elements For Business Success

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 21st, 2008

In order to succeed in business, regardless of whether it is online or offline, there are two vital priceless elements needed. Today, 95% or more of new businesses fail because these elements are missing. What are they? Those elements are passion and a start up visionary prolific plan. With all the planning in the world, if you do not have passion, you will not have the enthusiasm or desire needed for achieving a task or completing a project as better than ever as a high chance probability.

You may have the education and knowledge to get the business off the ground, but not the enthusiasm needed to maintain it through the ups and downs that all businesses go through. Let us say you are a Jet-Ski beach enthusiast and that you love going out camping with friends every free weekend. Do you think that desire and enthusiasm are the main reasons why you love Jet-Skiing, or do you think that your love of Jet-Skiing is why you want to keep doing it?

Most people keep doing things they love. And they do the things they love with permanent enthusiasm and desire on a 24×7 basis. We all have enthusiasm and desire, great example is if working for someone else, you start getting good money and then after, you get most likely, incredibly bored. What happened? No passion. No drive. So, in order to succeed in business you definitely have to own at first, passion. Maybe that passion is for what you want to sell or do. Maybe that passion is for being your own boss. Or maybe that passion is for the business of business itself. It does not matter.

You are the owner and master of your own passion in your life and business- nobody else. You either have it or you do not. If you have it, you are more likely to achieve success faster and in better financial ways in both the short and long term. If you do not have passion, you are most likely to fail in both productive ways and financially because you will not have the enthusiasm and positive attitude necessary to get you through the slow seasons or even to make the good, better. You must assure yourself that every business, task and project you decide to start and develop- the factor of passion as the primary source for keeping you with the desire and enthusiasm to help your business thrive is applied.

The other vitally important factor to always apply before starting a business would be to make sure you have a plan. Type and read online: The single most important reason people fail when starting a business, go ahead- type the whole sentence on Google or Yahoo for more on the necessity of planning your business. Continued education will always be vital for your business success. Hope you take this as positive advice and of a great reference as a profitable lesson. It sure did set me free.

Where is an ideal camping spot that is kid friendly near the beach no more then 6hrs from Central Coast NSW?

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 20th, 2008

My partner and I want to take our kids camping towards the end of the year. We have the equipment but no idea where to go. It needs to be close to the beach. It has to be kid friendly. It cannot be more then 6hrs in any direction from Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pick any spot from Yamba to Nowra. There are great beaches all along the coast. Every town and village has a camping area and all camping areas are children friendly. Some very popular campsites require booking in advance.

A couple of sites to help you decide

What are some good and quiet beach camping spots in Southern Cali?

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 18th, 2008

Tent camping in a quiet area…

There are a lot of good camp grounds between Solona Beach and Encinitas. My favorite is South Carlsbad State Beach just north of San Diego. During the winter season it's not crowded, it's above the waves and easy to get in and out of. Another one right near it is San Elijo State Beach. That way if you don't have reservations, there is another campground near by you could also try.

Golf Fees in the Bahamas

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 18th, 2008

Taking some time off from your busy work and spending it on your favorite hobby is probably the best gift that you can give to yourself. You know how much it takes to earn money-working overtime, under pressure, and sometimes neglecting significant events such as your birthday or your wedding anniversary. You will eventually appreciate your hard work if you know how to take some time off and spend it with your favorite hobby-whether camping and water skiing in the great lakes of good old USA or fishing on the nearby pond. It provides enjoyment as well as relaxation for the next several days before going back to your busy work once again.

Probably one of your favorite pastimes during weekends is playing golf with the rest of your friends. Taking a tee and landing an ‘eagle’ will really put a smile on your face and laughter on the air.

Hey, is it a good idea to take a week off and enjoy golfing on the beautiful country of the Bahamas? The excellent championship courses make the Bahamas one of the exciting golfing destinations, whether you are a beginner or you are a golf enthusiast for several years now. Aside from the green golfing courses of the country, the clear blue skies make a perfect condition to hit some fantastic rounds of golf.

Golf became one of the attractions in the Bahamas after the construction of the Cable Beach Golf Club at Nassau in the 1920s. Such beach golf club is exclusive for rich American families who frequently spend their vacation on the island. The next 30 to 40 years is vital in the development of several golf courses across the island. It is now the home of numerous golf courses, with some of them rated to be ‘golf championship courses’.

If you will visit The Bahamas for your golfing vacation, you will find a wide variety of golf courses, ranging from beginners to more experienced golf players. Golf fees depend on the season and on the location. There are many courses attached to resorts, and every golfer is advised to check with the course of their choice for applicable information and set up a tee time in advance to be accommodated, especially during peak seasons.

As previously mentioned, golf fees varies from season and on the location. Here are some of the popular golf courses in The Bahamas with their corresponding ‘green fees’:

1) Treasure Cay Golf Course- located at Abaco, Treasure Cay Golf Course has a total of 6,985 yards from the blue tees and comes with 66 strategically-placed sand bunkers. It provides an excellent challenge for golfers because of its tight fairways, ocean winds, and unique layout that will make you ponder every club selection. Unlimited golf fees usually starts at $60, exclusive of other golf packages.

2) Bahamas Princess Emerald and Ruby Golf Courses- it has 18 holes, par-72.5 bunkers per hole, and water on 11 holes. In addition, the 9th hole in the Emerald course takes the honor as the toughest hole on the whole island. Why? See it for yourself. Unlimited green fees and 18-hole cart starts as $62.

3) Fortune Hills Golf and Country Club- it is a 9-hole championship golf course built in 1971. It is considered to be the centerpiece of an elegant golf and country club community setting. The design provides challenging holes due to some elevated greens. Golf fees for this course starts from $51 for the 9-hole and additional $35 with caddy and cart. The club rental for 18 holes is at $15 with 10.5 percent off if you have condominium rentals.

You will not just enjoy your golfing vacation at the Bahamas. You will be able to save substantial amounts of money from traveling to far places in search for a world-class golf course. The Bahamas got it, in a price not too heavy on your pockets.

I need helpful tips for camping on the beach?

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 17th, 2008

This weekend me and some friends are going to camp out on the beach on Padre (South of Corpus Christi, TX). I want to make sure I don't forget anything seeing as how we will by miles from a store. Any helpful tips on how to be prepared would be greatly appreciated. Any reminders or ideas? Things I should bring or NOT bring. Thanks in advance for your help!

Take cell phones that have coverage areas their and something to protect yourself. Non lethal spray, Non lethal boyfriends, lol.
Print out a weather.com hour by hour forecast using Padre's Zip and pay particular attention to how Windy it might be.
Don't forget Mosquito Spray, if their out as soon as the sun goes down you will be in big trouble.
Call the authorities and ask for a safe and legal place, and ask for their names, that way if the cops stop by you can say you just talked to (sgt., officer, etc). which are their friends or boss. You also have their direct # and 911 to ask for them in person if your feel like you've gotten into a possible situation you don't like or just doesn't seem right.
Tell all strangers that come up to you, especially at night your Dad is a cop and he keeps spying to make sure yau don't break his rules and he would freak if he saw your talking to people you don't know.
Make sure you tell others you trust, exactly were you will be, hopefully your parents are that cool.
Tent out by or behind a solid object and out of the path of even a drunk driver.
Oh. don't forget to bring a big blowup mattress, pillows, heavy blanket (for sleeping on or under)
Sleeping on sand only sounds comfortable.
Use Newest fastfood place for Occational Bathroom, and call around for public showers, always near RV's for fresh water.
Just use you're head and have some fun. Wish I lived a little closer, and knew the group. Who doesn't love the Beach..

Cheap Getaways

Posted in Beach Camping  by admin on December 15th, 2008

I don’t think there is somebody in this world who doesn’t want to get out and have a vacation. We need time to take a break from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We need time to relax and rejuvenate from the stress that we may be experiencing especially from work. Many of us admit to ourselves that we need a vacation but we have been putting off plans for a vacation because of money constraints. We have a little money to spare for a break but we feel that it is not enough to get that needed vacation.

I am telling you now that you don’t need a big budget to get that well deserved break. Your getaway doesn’t have to be in some location which is at the other side of the globe or at some expensive exotic beach in the Pacific. You can actually find a lot of getaways that are light on the budget and you can actually spend some quality time with friends and family.

If you enjoy nature, then camping could be an option for you. There are always good camp locations within a short distance or if you are up for some adventure you could go further away. This would be a perfect time for you to spend some quiet time surrounded by nature at its finest. You could engage in a lot of activities like fishing, hiking, or going for a swim if there is a lake or stream nearby.

A day trip would also suit just fine. You could spend a day at an amusement or water park having fun and enjoying the rides. You could spend the day discovering your city and trying to visit those places which you haven’t even had the chance to explore. If you enjoy art, spend some time admiring beautiful works in art galleries and museums.

You could also choose to visit places over the weekend like maybe the next town or city nearby. It is advisable that you avail of discounts offered and you could also save much when you avail of travel packages. It is usually cheap when you travel off season and not during peak periods.

There a lot of getaways or vacation trips even for those on a tight budget. All it takes is just some research, creativity and a sense of adventure and you are on your way to a relaxing time even if it is just for a day.

not within a few miles of the beach, but right on the beach.
and not an RV park, we need to be able to pitch a tent.
if you have the specific names of the camping parks or even a website, that would be very helpful
southern california meaning between LA and San Diego, on the coast.
thanks
BETWEEN LA AND SAND DIEGO!!!! I AM NOT GOING NORTH!!!!!

Leo Carrillo is a beautiful beach campground North of L.A….
